President

Hi! My name is Kate Aumuller and I am from Libertyville, Illinois. I am a junior with a double major in Studio Art and Education. When I’m not doing something Kappa, I am usually chilling in Bryant working on pieces! I am also president of Love Your Melon and I volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters! In my free time you can usually find me with Rachel Zmuda drooling over anything related to the royal family or anything with E News (lol), love to jam out in my car to some Taylor Swift, or re-watch the ending of A Cinderella Story (“sorry if I made it rain”…KILLS ME EVERYTIME). I also am obsessed with Scotland, I studied abroad there last semester and already trying to find a way to go back haha! I am so excited to serve as Kappa’s President and can’t wait to work with this amazing Chapter and Council!

Hi! My name is Kaity Waddell and i'm a psychology and women and gender studies double major from Delaware, Ohio. On campus i'm a student office worker for the psychology department and a member of the denison feminists executive board. Off campus, I work for a high school band as a technical director. I previously served as the Education chair and i'm excited to serve as Vice President Standards! (also this is my bby Jinx)

Vice President Organization and Registrar

Hello everyone! My name is Caileigh Marshall and I am computer science major and history minor from Plymouth, Minnesota. In addition to Kappa, I am the President of Denison Enterprises, I am a SHARE advocate, and I TA for the Computer Science department. I love reading historical fiction, watching documentaries or anything historical from BBC, and being crafty in my spare time. I am also obsessed with all things Scottish after studying abroad in Edinburgh last fall, so don't be surprised if I am rocking out to some killer bagpipe riffs while doing homework. As both Vice President of Organization and Registrar this year, I have to be very organized to keep the chapter running. My main duties as VPO are to manage the chapter's calendar, train new council members, and host visitors at the house. As Registrar, my job is to preserve the history of the chapter and share the chapter's archival history with our members.

Hi I’m Elizabeth! I’m a junior Math major and Education minor from Bexley, OH (right outside of Columbus). I am a TA for the math department, a scene shop assistant in the theater and I tutor math to students in South Africa over Skype. In addition to all of my extracurriculars, I love watching reality television (if anyone wants to talk about Survivor, Big Brother, or The Amazing Race, I’m your gal), falling asleep during movies, and drinking hot chocolate (that's not too hot). I am so excited to work as Vice President of Academic Excellence for my favorite organization that I’m involved in to help put even more emphasis on our academics!

Hi! My name is Sylvie Manuel and I am from Chicago, Illinois. My major is Global Commerce, and I minor in East Asian Studies. Other things I’ve done that are not Kappa related is helping out my friends in intramural sports, and I've participated in DCAC. I like to watch sports in my free time, especially volleyball because Penn St. is amazing! I love to travel, and I recently studied abroad during the summer and fall, in France and China.

Hi! My name is Helen Thornton. I am a sophomore theatre major from Rochester, NY. In addition to my involvement with Kappa, I am involved with many of the theatre performances that the theatre department puts on and other theatre performances around campus. I love to be a DITA officer as well as a G-Team , including their one Acts and going to the humane society to volunteer with their dogs. I am so excited to be Corresponding Secretary, and I can’t wait to be more involved with Kappa in everything that we do!!

My name is Emma and I’m from Cleveland, OH!! I am a math and computer science double major so if you need me check Olin. Besides being involved in Kappa, I am also VP Administration for Panhel, a tour guide, and a TA for computer science. I love my Bernese Mountain Dog, Bailey, who is named after Dr. Bailey in Grey’s Anatomy or Bailey in Party of 5 it’s up to you. Hello there! My name is Mikayla Trimpey. I am a psychology major— with a minor in Theatre— from Bowling Green, Ohio. I currently work in the CLIC office on campus and serve as a peer mentor. I’m also a Denison cheerleader and I often participate in Singers Theatre Workshop. I am happy to be this year’s Marshal and to learn more and more about my beautiful sorority. In the few moments of spare time I have I enjoy online shopping and planning my Pinterest wedding. You can usually find me in Slayter drinking some Strawberry Kiwi Snapple. Xoxo Gossip Girl

Event Chair Hi friends! I’m Anne and I’m Gamma Omega’s event chair this year!! I’m from Cincinnati, OH and I’m an economics major, but I’m also minoring in Spanish and music performance. On campus, I’m an economics tutor and I participate in the orchestra and chamber ensembles. In my free time I watch way too much Netflix and the bachelor and eat way too much dark chocolate! So excited to plan some fun for y’all this year!!

Hi! My name is Skylar Cargal and I am a Psychology Major with a concentration in Queer Studies. I love being in Denison's Gospel Choir and I work as an overnight host for admissions. I just recently came back from my study abroad trip to Australia which was amazing! In my free time I am probably hanging out with my friends in Slayter. I also really enjoy tie dye, aliens, cheese and avocados. I am very excited to be this years House Chair for Kappa!

Hi! My name is Reilly Harring. I am a Theatre major and Vocal Performance minor from Carlisle, Massachusetts. When I’m not giving 3 cheers for the girls in blue and blue I am busy in all of my other campus involvements! I am a member of DUwop A Cappella, a SHARE On-Call advocate, I am usually in a show with either the Theatre or Music departments or DITA, I’m and Admissions Host and am on Aug-O staff! When I have some free time I’m usually singing or watching Netflix; probably binging some crime show I’ve already seen, or craving some junk food. A part of my heart is in Dublin, where I just spent a semester abroad but I’m back stateside to spread the luck of the Irish! I’m so excited to serve as this year’s Membership Chairwoman and can’t wait to see what the year brings!

Hi everyone! My name is Alexa Meller and I am a Communication and Women’s and Gender Studies Double Major from Yorktown, VA. Other than Kappa, I am involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters, am a community member at Denison Feminists, and serve as VP Development on Denison’s Panhellenic Council! In my free time I love learning about True Crime, comparing everything to how it was in Copenhagen (where I just came back from studying abroad), or passionately discussing my favorite television shows (if you want to talk about Glee or The Good Place hmu). I’m so excited to work with the next generation of Kappa gals and show them why everyone in our house is so Kappatastic :o)

Hey! My name is Emma Borgia and I am a Sophomore history major from Newark, OH. Outside of Kappa I work in the History/Classics office, and am almost always involved in something theater-related. When I do actually have free time, most of it is spent doing what you see in the picture, napping or binging whatever show I'm currently in love with. (At this very moment it's Riverdale.) I'm very excited to be Kappa's Panhellenic Delegate on this Council!

Hi! My name is Alyssa Savoca and I am a Junior from Cleveland, Ohio. I am a History and Classics, double major! Outside of Kappa, I am also an admission intern and I am on the rugby team! You can normally find me on A-Quad with my coffee and a copy of Ovid. I Netflix...a lot! But it's normally just reruns of F.R.I.E.N.D.S. I just got back from a 9 month long trip through Europe. I lived in London, went backpacking alone through 5 countries and spent a semester studying in the beautiful city of Amsterdam. Although it was fun abroad, I am so happy to be back on campus and help bring our philanthropy to the next level! You can find me every week volunteering at our local philanthropy, Kendal, so come join me!

Hi all! I’m Kelsey and I’m a junior from Columbus majoring in Women’s and Gender Studies with a concentration in Queer studies. Outside of Kappa on campus I am on the Denison Feminists executive board, and I’m also involved in Chamber Singers. Whenever I have free time (which is rare af am I right ladies), it’s usually spent in the Slayter pit talking about my love for bread or my bed watching Buzzfeed Unsolved or Gossip Girl for the fifth time. You can find me quoting vines anywhere at anytime, much to the annoyance of every single person around me (rip). I’m so excited to serve as the PR Chair for this wonderful organization filled with so many amazing women!

Hi! My name is Natalie Grosinger and I am a junior Biology major and Psychology minor from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. When I am not at the Kappa house you can usually find me at a barn, spending most of my time tending to and/or riding a horse (either my own or the DU equestrian team's). I have recently rediscovered my infatuation with ocean life and am hoping to be accepted to intern at the Toledo Zoo's marine mammal program over the summer. Having said that, in my free time I do enjoy watching ocean documentaries. However, you can also usually count on me to be up to speed with every current ABC or NBC reality show (from singing to dating, etc.). My other interests include (but are certainly not limited to) listening to Spotify's New Music Friday and Release Radar playlists, and eating off campus. If you ever want to talk about anything from Riverdale and Cole Sprouse, to Jason Derulo, to horses, Panera or the dismal future of coral reefs and our oceans…please do not hesitate to ask!
